From 15-17th June, four members of the Kingston University went to Rotterdam for the European Association for Palliative 18th World Congress. This year's theme was "Equity & Diversity". We presented four posters at the conference, and we also made a video for each poster. As a "Summer special", we are sharing these posters with you throughout the Summer. Here is the second one.
